LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & "AS-IS" PROVISION:
The DeskTask app is provided "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances shall TechVedx, its founders, or the developers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the app. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, missed deadlines, business interruptions, or corrupted device storage. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of the app remains with you.

1. App Usage & Requirements

TechVedx is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. The app requires an active internet connection to serve ads and collect crash analytics.

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your access to the app. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which could compromise your phone's security features and mean that the DeskTask app won’t work properly or securely.

3. Third-Party Services

The app does use third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions. Links to Terms and Conditions of third-party service providers used by the app include Google Play Services, AdMob, and Firebase Analytics.

4. Changes to Terms and Conditions
