Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At TechVedx, we aim for complete client satisfaction. As our Services involve custom software, app, and web development work (rather than pre-made physical or digital goods), refunds are handled based on the stage of work completed at the time of a cancellation request, as detailed below.

This policy applies to all payments made via our website or directly to TechVedx for app development, web development, design, AI integration, and related services, processed via Razorpay.

2. Advance Payments & Project Cancellation

Most projects require an advance payment (typically 50% of the total project cost) before work begins.

3. Final Payments

The final/balance payment is due upon completion and delivery of the agreed deliverables. Once the final payment has been made and deliverables have been handed over/accepted, this amount is non-refundable, except as provided under Section 4.

4. Non-Delivery or Major Defects

If TechVedx fails to deliver the agreed deliverables within a reasonable extended timeframe (after accounting for delays caused by the Client) due to reasons solely attributable to TechVedx, or if the delivered work substantially fails to meet the agreed written specifications and TechVedx is unable to rectify such issues within a reasonable period after being notified, the Client may be eligible for a partial or full refund of amounts paid for the undelivered or defective portion, at TechVedx's discretion following a review of the matter.

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and provide a resolution or further update within 30 days, in line with our Grievance Redressal process.

8. Add-on & Subscription Services

For any add-on services or recurring/subscription-based services we may offer in the future, specific cancellation terms (including notice periods) will be communicated at the time of purchase and will supplement this policy.

9. Currency & Taxes

All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). Where applicable, GST or other taxes paid as part of a transaction will be refunded proportionally along with the principal amount, in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last Updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your payment shall apply to that transaction.
