The terms governing your use of the TechVedx website and services.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "You", "Your") and TechVedx ("TechVedx", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of our website (the "Site") and any services offered by us, including software, web, and mobile application development, design, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing our Site, requesting a quote, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.
TechVedx is a technology software agency operating in India, providing Android, iOS, and web application development, UI/UX design, AI integration, and related digital services to individuals and businesses.
We offer the following categories of services, as further described on our Services page:
Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope for each engagement will be agreed upon separately in writing (via email or a project agreement) before work begins.
Pricing displayed on our Pricing page represents indicative starting prices for typical projects. Final pricing for any specific project will be confirmed in writing based on the agreed scope of work before any payment is requested.
A project is considered confirmed only once: (a) the scope of work has been agreed in writing, and (b) the required advance payment has been received.
All payments for our Services are processed through Razorpay, a secure, RBI-authorised payment gateway supporting UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Estimated timelines will be communicated for each project. While we make every effort to meet agreed timelines, delays may occur due to factors including but not limited to delayed feedback/approvals from the Client, scope changes, or unforeseen technical complexities. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
Each pricing plan includes a defined number of revision rounds (see Pricing). Requests for new features, significant design changes, or additional platforms beyond the agreed scope will be treated as a separate scope change and quoted accordingly before being undertaken.
Where our Services include submission to the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or similar platforms, we will assist with the submission process. However, final approval, listing, and removal decisions rest solely with the respective platform operators (Google, Apple, etc.), and TechVedx is not responsible for delays, rejections, or removals by such third parties that are outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechVedx's total liability arising out of or relating to any project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for that specific project. TechVedx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our Services or deliverables.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Indian law.
Our Services and all deliverables are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable care to deliver functional, well-tested software, TechVedx makes no warranty, express or implied, that:
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, TechVedx disclaims all other warranties, whether statutory, express, or implied, to the fullest extent permitted under Indian law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TechVedx, its founder, and any associated personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
TechVedx shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet or server outages, power failures, acts of government, changes in law or platform policy, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or any other event of force majeure. In such cases, affected timelines will be extended by a period reasonably corresponding to the delay.
We treat all project-related information shared by Clients as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to perform the Services or as required by law.
Either party may terminate an ongoing project engagement by providing written notice, subject to payment for work completed up to the date of termination. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and applicable refunds.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
